Kai is resourceful, creative, and driven. Along with his residential builders license, he has a bachelors degree in business administration and is also a licensed Realtor®. He’s spent the last decade gaining knowledge and experience in numerous housing related specialties. Alongside construction he has grown adept in numerous home related skills including design, house flipping, real estate investing, market analysis, property management, photography, and staging. He is driven to continually learn, improve, and perfect; and considers his breadth and depth of skills equally important when approaching home projects. He has a deep commitment to customer service and strives to build lifetime working relationships with his clients.
